Hemam project is a development project aimed at empowering people with special needs, and is being implemented in the West Bank. The project aims at developing income-generating projects for the beneficiaries, financial and non-financial empowering services will be provided financial services are to provide the opportunity for people with special needs to obtain a good loan (solidarity financing with zero Financial profits), as for the non-financial ones, which are represented in the provision of services to study the ideas of the proposed projects from the beneficiaries and provide advice, guidance, direction and vigorous field follow-up in solving the problems and difficulties they face in order to ensure the continuity of their projects until they are able to manage them, through the application of a holistic empowerment approach that starts from Monitoring the needs of the family and analyzing their social and economic situation, passing through a scientific design of projects, through preparing feasibility studies, preparing beneficiaries for project management and providing appropriate funding for the project’s needs, with field follow-up and continuous accompaniment
